Tropical Sportfisher is a locally owned fly and sportfishing charter based in Cairns, Far North Queensland. Led by experienced local guides, we specialise in guided barramundi fishing and light tackle lure and fly fishing across Cairns, Port Douglas, and Mission Beach.

We run private day trips for up to 2 anglers per boat, and offer multi-day remote adventures for small groups, including mothership and heli-access options.

Our trips include river, estuary, jungle perch, and inshore bluewater fishing. We also offer wildlife cruises, croc spotting, birdwatching, and private nature or photography trips to secluded beaches, waterfalls, or tropical islands.
